　レインボーマジック空模様の妖精シリーズの後は、パーティーの妖精シリーズになる。今年三月発売のペーパーバック『Hayley the Rain Fairy (Rainbow Magic)』を読んで、娘は空模様シリーズ読了の予定。でも彼女を見ているとそれまで待ちきれず、次のパーティーシリーズと合わせ、UKから直接注文することになるかもしれない。このシリーズ、カナダに行けば流通しているだろうか。今から三月まで、わたしも同じ立場になれば待てないと思うなあ。
　とにかくいろいろなタイトルを見かけるので詳しく調べてみたら、七冊で一ストーリー完結のシリーズは全部で六種類――Rainbow Magic, The Weather Fairies, The Party Fairies, The Jewel Fairies, The Pet Keeper Fairies, The Fun Day Fairies。加えて三話完結の特別版に、Holly the Chrismas Fairy, Kylie the Carnival Fairy, Paige the Pantomime Fairy, Summer the Holiday Fairy, Stella the Star Fairy があった。アマゾンUKは国際航空便しかないので送料が高い。米国発売は、数年先のような気がするし……。(asukab)
